• All login details should be updated immediately after purchase.
• Failure to follow instructions may result in loss of access.

3. Delivery & Verification

All products must be checked immediately after delivery. Issues must be reported within 24 hours . After this period, responsibility transfers to the buyer.

4. Replacement & Refund Policy

We provide replacements or refunds only if:

• Account is invalid or inaccessible
• Login details are incorrect
• Product does not match description

If replacement is unavailable, refund will be issued to your AcctBank wallet.

5. Non-Eligible Cases

• Customer-made changes after purchase
• Improper usage or ignored instructions
• Personal preferences (gender, profile details, etc.)
• Platform-controlled features (marketplace, reach, etc.)

6. Acceptable Use

Strictly prohibited:

• Fraud, scams, phishing, spam
• Illegal activities
• Harassment or abuse
• Unauthorized data access

Violations may result in suspension without refund.
